Geology & Origin

Imiter in Morocco is an important silver deposit known for its diverse hydrothermal mineralization. Proustite and Xanthoconite are silver-bearing sulfosalt and sulfarsenide minerals that can occur in low- to medium-temperature hydrothermal ore systems. The deposit is particularly characterized by silver-rich veins and a complex association of different ore minerals. The specimens in this flat document different forms of this characteristic silver mineralization from Imiter.

The flat shown in the pictures will be shipped with the corresponding box and, if applicable, folding boxes. These may be partially used, show signs of wear, and have multiple labels or markings.
