Geology & Origin
Ewaldite is a rare barium-calcium carbonate mineral particularly associated with alkaline rock complexes. Mt. St. Hilaire is one of the world's most mineralogically significant alkaline intrusions and is renowned for its exceptional diversity of rare mineral species.
