Creedite crystals from Mexico – 1 unique lot

This unique lot contains numerous Creedite specimens from Mexico. The pieces predominantly show light pink to orange crystal aggregates with radiating to spray-like formations. The individual specimens vary in size, colour intensity and form, ranging from more compact aggregates to distinctly radial crystal groups. The complete lot shown in the pictures is offered as a unique lot.

Geology & Origin

Creedite is a rare calcium-aluminium sulfate-fluoride mineral that typically forms in oxidized zones of hydrothermal deposits. It commonly develops in cavities and fractures, where it can form radiating to spherical crystal aggregates. Mexico is one of the classic source countries for Creedite and is especially known for colourful, well-developed crystal groups of this mineral.

The flat shown in the pictures will be shipped with the corresponding box and, if applicable, folding boxes. These may be partially used, show signs of wear, and have multiple labels or markings.
