Callaghanite crystals from Gabbs, NV, USA – small cabinet specimen as unique piece
This vividly colored small cabinet specimen displays striking deep blue Callaghanite crystals and crusts on light colored matrix. The intense azure to cobalt blue mineralized areas create a remarkable contrast against the surrounding rock and immediately attract attention. The crystal aggregates are clearly visible and distributed across large portions of the specimen. For this rare copper magnesium carbonate mineral, the specimen represents a particularly attractive collector's piece with excellent visual impact.
