Arfvedsonite crystal from Mt. Malosa, Zomba, Malawi – small cabinet specimen as unique piece

This attractive small cabinet specimen features a large Arfvedsonite crystal on light Feldspar matrix. The deep black crystal shows a strong prismatic habit with pronounced longitudinal striations and a vitreous to slightly silky luster. The strong contrast between the dark crystal and the pale matrix gives the specimen a particularly aesthetic and characteristic appearance typical of this famous locality. The crystal is clearly developed and very well visible.
